Measuring your Ring Size

The best and most reliable way to have your ring sized is to go to a local jeweler and have your ring sized by a professional. If you are having your ring sized for a Wedding Band, let the jeweler know what the width of the wedding band is. The general rule of thumb is to order a ring size 1/2 size over your normal ring size for wedding bands 8mm or greater.

Returns Policy - 45 Day Money Back Guarantee Returns Policy

We offer a 45 day money back guarantee on all items.

If an item is found to be defective, misrepresented or damaged we will either offer a full refund or replace the item at your discretion.

Should the item not be to your satisfaction for any other reason we will refund the full purchase amount or offer you a credit note for the full value of the purchase less $50 to cover shipping. We only use Fedex to ship between Ireland and the USA. We have found Fedex to be the most reliable shipper and we use Fedex to accept returns.

Should you wish to return an item for any reason please follow this simple procedure in order to make the process as simple as possible:
  1. Email info@mycelticjeweler.com in order to obtain a returns code and to arrange shipping details.
  2. Secure item/s in their original packaging making sure to include all accompanying materials.
  3. Send the item/s back to us either by registered post or by courier.
